| HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE (HDPE)
Poly-Flex, Inc. offers High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) smooth geomembranes in thicknesses of .5, .75, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 mm (20, 30, 40, 60, 80 and 100 mils). Rolls are 23 feet wide and vary in length depending on the thickness of the geomembrane.
Poly-Flex HDPE liners are the ideal choice for the most demanding applications. Our specially extruded liners combine high tensile strength and chemical resistance with excellent stress-crack resistance and low temperature properties for highly reliable containment. Chemically inert, these liners are the industry standard for a wide range of applications. The Poly-Flex Manufacturing Quality Control and Quality Assurance Program ensures that only the highest quality products represent the Poly-Flex name. Features:
Low Permeability - HDPE lining systems are secure because solids and liquids do not penetrate them; gas will not escape from an HDPE cover system; and rainwater will not infiltrate an HDPE cover.
Chemical Resistance - HDPE is resistant to a wide range of chemicals. It is suitable for sludge and secondary containment around chemical storage facilities.
Ultraviolet Resistance - HDPE's resistance to UV exposure is further enhanced by the addition of carbon black. Additionally, with the absence of plasticizers, volatilization is not a problem. |
